Warranty Terms & Guarantee Policy

Megha Machine Mart warrants to the original purchasing contractor or commercial customer that each newly manufactured machine is free from defects in material and factory workmanship under normal usage and regular maintenance.

The warranty period begins on the date of dispatch from our Ghaziabad works (as stated on the official tax invoice / transport bilty) and extends for a standard duration of 12 Months (1 Year) on core structural assemblies and primary mechanical components.

Because construction machinery comprises various mechanical, structural, and electrical assemblies, warranty coverage is categorized as follows:

To maintain fair and consistent warranty terms, warranty coverage does NOT apply to failures resulting from improper handling, lack of maintenance, or operating outside rated parameters:

• Consumable Wear & Tear Parts: Normal operational deterioration of cutting blades on bar cutting machines, rubber V-belts, clutch linings, brake shoes, grease nipples, spray nozzles, and oil seals is not covered.
• Overloading & Gauge Violations: Bending or shearing rebar exceeding machine gauge capacity (e.g. attempting to cut 45mm TMT on a 40mm machine) or lifting payloads beyond the certified hoist SWL (300/500 KG).
• Electrical Power Anomalies: Motor burnouts caused by single-phasing, loose site neutral lines, voltage spikes beyond ±10%, absence of phase-failure relays, or operating without adequate grounding.
• Lubrication Neglect: Operating gearboxes without specified gear lubricant (EP-90 / EP-140) or running diesel engines without proper 15W-40 engine oil levels.
• Unauthorized Alterations: Disassembly of planetary gear reducers, field rewinding of electric motors by uncertified third-party technicians, or retrofitting non-OEM spare parts without written factory consent.
• External Accidents & Natural Disasters: Damage during offloading caused by client-hired cranes, site floods, falling debris, or intentional vandalism.

To ensure uninterrupted performance and protect warranty validity, site supervisors should follow this maintenance schedule:

• Daily Shift Start: Check oil level in reduction gearboxes and engine crankcase. Grease all external bearing housings and drum pivot rollers.
• Daily Shift End: Thoroughly wash out the concrete mixer drum with water to prevent mortar curing inside. Blow away rebar scale dust from bar cutter gear chambers.
• Weekly Inspection: Check tension of drive V-belts. Inspect wire rope across the entire lift length for broken wires or crimping. Check tightness of foundation and motor mounting bolts.
• Monthly Oil Change: Flush and refill reduction gear oil after the first 100 hours of new machine operation, and every 500 operating hours thereafter.
